【Job Responsibilities】
1. Gain insights into the needs of internal and external customers and facilitate the optimization and iteration of digital products
- Participate in internal regional meetings and customer visits, and efficiently convey key information such as the progress of digital projects and activity plans to the regions.
- Provide feedback on the user experience of internal and external users of various digital products and optimization suggestions to drive product optimization and iteration.
2. Empower regional business development through digital means
- Pilot new application scenarios in the regions, cooperate with product managers to promote the 0 - 1 and 1 - 10 landing and incubation of new digital tools; establish an internal regional operation and promotion mechanism to drive the 10 - 100 replication of products/tools combined with regional business scenarios.
- Facilitate the generation of positive experience cases in various application scenarios (such as precision marketing cases, etc.), cultivate regional Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs), and select and recommend them to the national level.
3. Help the digital business capabilities of the regional sales team and build a professional consultant role
- Support the exploration, extraction, and effective replication of regional project implementation experience, and boost the digital capabilities of the regional sales in patient management, scientific research, etc.
- Participate in the formulation of assessment criteria for "patient management consultants" and "scientific research consultants", implement and promote the acceptance work in the regions.
【Qualifications】
1. Over 3 years of experience in foreign pharmaceutical companies. Those with team management experience and RPM working experience will be given preference.
2. For internal candidates in MICS, only Future Stars are eligible.
3. Possess a spirit of teamwork and excellent internal and external communication skills.
4. Have strong planning, organization, and project management capabilities.
5. Have a high market acumen, a passion for digital work, and an innovative mindset.
6. Have no compliance violation records (including all levels of compliance violations) within the past year and not be under investigation.

1. Utilize online platforms to explore overseas markets, follow up with overseas customers, sort out and reply to inquiries, and conduct proper follow-up work.
2. Keep abreast of market information in a timely manner, maintain the company's website and the back-end data of online platforms, and publish new products.
3. Maintain good communication with customers, take care of relationships with existing customers, assist in customer audits for production, and be responsible for the promotion and sales of products in the foreign market.
4. Organize information on target customers, understand customer needs, provide prompt feedback and handle customer requests, take the initiative to explore the market, and complete the task targets assigned by superiors.
5. Gather business information, keep track of market trends, and report market conditions to the leader in a timely manner.
6. Actively communicate and coordinate with the production department and the quality department to ensure the timely export of goods.
7. Track and manage foreign trade orders and properly handle unexpected situations during the contract performance process.
8. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the department manager.
9. Analyze customs data of the company's flagship products and retrieve & analyze data from industry websites such as the Food and Drug Administration. Use data analysis to guide one's own market development work.
10. Prepare contracts, packing lists, invoices, letters of credit and other preliminary order documents for each business transaction, archive them in a timely manner, and properly hand over the goods delivery work to the marketing assistant.
【Job Requirements】
1. College degree or above, majoring in pharmacy, chemical engineering, biopharmaceuticals, international trade or other related fields.
2. Have more than 2 years of foreign trade business experience in active pharmaceutical ingredients and pharmaceutical intermediates.
3. Be passionate about marketing, good at communicating with others, be outgoing, lively and cheerful, and have a strong sense of teamwork.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior manager, such as desk research.
【Job Requirements】
1. Must be an undergraduate or above student currently enrolled in a regular university.
2. Ensure at least three days of working time per week (remote work is acceptable).
3. Be proficient in using office software such as PPT/EXCEL/WORD without the need for additional teaching and guidance; the ability to produce audio/video files is preferred.
4. Those with experience as student union officers, club leaders, class monitors or other internship experiences will be given preference.
